Operation CARE, Inc. was built on a straightforward conviction: that every person deserves prayer, comfort, and someone in their corner. This Maryland 501(c)(3) nonprofit operates out of Owings Mills and reaches communities across the state, meeting people at real crossroads in their lives and walking alongside them toward something better.
